Hi artemkyz, Is this problem related strictly to MOC? Are you able to change volume in other applications? Which OS? Sound driver?

Does it support hardware volume control? You should check MOC logs or use alsamixer. If not, just switch MOC to use software mixer.

Could you try to toggle to Software mixer (like tomaszg pointed out) with w/x keys. The label on the volume level should say "Soft".
