./configure Problem with Latest SVN

I just checked out the newest svn source but can't get ./configure to finish successfully. I get the following error:

checking for sin in -lm... yes
./configure: line 20410: syntax error near unexpected token `0.20'
./configure: line 20410: `PKG_PROG_PKG_CONFIG(0.20)'
safetycopy@crunchbang:~/downloads/moc/trunk$ make
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.
