MP3 stream : some does not work

Moc (w. ffmpeg-plugin) plays perfectly many published radio streams on my LxMint 19/Cinnamon.

However, it does not play the KDFC stream: http://128.mp3.pls.kdfc.live

What could be a reason of that?

Compiled with : OSS ALSA JACK DEBUG Network streams resample
Running on : Linux 4.15.0-66-generic x86_64

It is a known issue. It seems this stream points to a playlist file and MOC can't parse those. You can download the playlist file manually and try to open one of the addresses that are listed there.
