moc = meta object compiler?

I tried to apt-get moc and I thought I was getting it - turned out I was getting the meta object compiler instead. oops!

Officially was 'moc' binary renamed to the 'mocp' binary due to conflict with QT meta object compiler. This was done in 2.0.0 release (2.0.0 ChangeLog).
