moc eating cpu usage

Hi ya I am currently running moc 2.3.3 for some reason when i detach moc from the terminal sometimes but not always it seems to crash (though the music keeps playing) and it also ups my cpu usage to 100% any ideas on what this could be i have tried running diffrent versions of moc with no sucess

Is it possible that it just saves the playlist? MOC does it at exit and if you have ReadTags turned off or ShowTime set to something other than yes, MOC must read the tags at exit.
