Stable: 2.5.2
Development: 2.6-alpha3
A ways back mpc decoding failed in Debian with libmpcdec6 2:0.1~r459-2, see here
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=665974
Now even with 2:0.1~r459-4.1 decoding fails if automake 1.14 is used (default on Ubuntu 14.04, maybe others
If automake1.11 is used the decoding is ok but would be nice if 1.14 could be used

ignore about automake
Sorry, the issue isn't really automake-1.14, it's the current version of libmpcdec6 (0.1~r459

Hmm, libmpcdec6
Hmm, libmpcdec6 2:0.1~r459-4.1 here. mpc's are playing fine. Which version of moc are you running? Just give the output of 'dpkg -l | grep moc'

CLOSED
There's been no response from "mc4man" either here to "riesebie" or to my own e-mail directly to him. The problem sounds so much like that in the Debian
libmpcdec6
build that I'm closing this problem on the assumption that it is somehow due to user package mismanagement rather than any MOC bug.In any case, we don't have enough information to investigate further and "mc4man" appears to have broken off any communications which might have assisted.
