[Feature request] substreams support from a http playlist

Hi
It can be added support for substreams from a http m3u8 playlist?
As I can see is very used by the online radios.

http://radiom2o-lh.akamaihd.net/i/RadioM2o_Live_1@42518/master.m3u8

and so on.

I agree that this is something which needs to be added to MOC, and the issue has arisen several times.
