You can use lastfmproxy: http://vidar.gimp.org/lastfmproxy/ Everything is in README When you configure and run lastfmproxy go to http://localhost:1881 and start a radio. Save playlist and run it in moc :)

Txh, your solutions is a good clue, but top feature of audioscrobbler is - for me - publishing my music taste.
