It would be cool to stop playback after the end of the currently played track (like it is possible in e.g. amarok2).

Clever, combinable playback options have been in MOC maybe even from the beginning. Just use Shift+X to turn off AutoNext.

Thank you, that is nearly what I am searching. Though it's not so comfortable to have it turn on again when you want to continue listening.
