my mocplayer can not find my wma files, the folder is empty, but i know it contains wma files???

Take a look at http://moc.daper.net/node/220 in general. For WMA on ubuntu you need to install those packages before compilation: libavformat-dev libavcodec-dev
If you are using MOC from package, you need to install moc-ffmpeg-plugin package.

I have install it from apt. And have install ffmpeg and the libs, all trought apt (gui) but moc will not find my wma files. Any advice?

So the only additional package you need is "moc-ffmpeg-plugin", is it installed?
