Youtube support (somehow)

Hi,

i really like moc one thing that disturbs me was that i need to pipe the output of youtube-dl to the playlist and next time the links are no longer valid so i tried some hacking and build patch to allow moc to parse youtube links and play them as musik.

for me i currently only use youtube as musik library and now i can build playlist out of youtube links.

I have some changes that possible other people need to change as i have a local installation of youtube-dl. also i think the regex to check if a youtubelink is given can be extended for other formats which are supported by youtube-dl.

What do you think about this?
