Resampling question

I'm using moc from svn and my audio setup is:

moc -> jack @ 96k sample rate -> alsa softvol -> Xonar D2X spdif/coax -> DAC -> hi-fi

I notice that when playing a 44k flac with mplayer the CPU usage is <1% and it doesn't say that it's doing any resampling:

Selecting track(s) with a rofi-MOC script

Hi everybody. This is my first post ever.
Context. MOC is the default player for my local music folder. It runs on external USB output whenever available. Fast, painless and non-intrusive. However, browsing/searching gets tricky when it comes to the external library (more than a thousand of folders/albums in there). Here come "locate" looking at a dedicated database, and "rofi/dmenu" (multi-select enable) for selecting track(s) and adding selection to MOC playlist.

playback/prebuffering cycle

Hi, I am trying to play the following internet stream:

http://tx.sharp-stream.com/icecast.php?i=planetrock.mp3

but it keeps cycling between playback and prebuffering. Adjusting the prebuffer in the config file just varies the period of time before before it prebuffers again.

I can play this stream without any problems using sox, so I don't think it is a network/wifi issue.

This happens on two different devices, one running 2.5.2 and the other 2.6-alpha3

I have tried renaming the .moc folder to generate a fresh setup, but this does not help.

Creating playlist from command line

When I use -a to add tracks to the playlist, moc seems to sort them. Is there a way to disable this sorting so they appear in the order they are sent to moc?

play track from playlist via command line

I'm writing a web interface for mocp and I'd like to mimic the playlist functionality where you can add tracks to a playlist and then click on a track in the playlist and moc will jump to that track. Next would then go to the next track, and previous the previous track. (As in the console version). I can't seem to figure out how to do this...I can get the track to play via the playit command but then next goes back to the track that was after the track that was playing before the playit command. Is there anyway to do this?

Streaming for MOC to a shoutcast server

Hi all,
I'm just scoping out a project right now to see if it's viable or even possible, but I'm looking for a low-powered solution to be able to stream from a basic Pi (ARM) system to a web interface, and have a small amount of people stream data.

What I'd like to do (Big picture):

Play M3U playlists
Stream the files to a shoutcast (or similar) server locally run on the device
Have people connect to the server via a web interface.

sound indicator

Is there any way to control moc from sound indicator in ubuntu like Rhythmbox ?

command status field

increase the space that displays the command status field.
